Rafy Lim
Rafy is the Human Resources Manager at CapHome®, where he leads talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce development, and HR operations. With nearly two decades of experience in human resources across the United States, the Middle East, and the Philippines, he brings extensive expertise in recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and workforce management.
Throughout his career, Rafy has supported organizations with strategic hiring, HR operations, employee relations, and workforce development, including managing human resources functions within a healthcare organization in Washington, D.C., and multinational organizations in the Middle East. He is dedicated to building strong connections with qualified professionals while fostering a culture defined by collaboration, respect, and excellence.
